When I review books, my stars are based on the above. It’s not very complicated, but I want to make sure you know where my mind is when I put down the stars.
Just because a book gets for example 3 stars, doesn’t mean I hated the book. Quite the opposite, I just didn’t think it reached so high that it was something I wanted to keep re-reading.
I very much do still recommend 3-star books to others.
